- Starting at midnight on July 3rd, come out for the Independence Day Parade in Downtown Gatlinburg. This is a special year for the parade, being the 40th time it has been held in Gatlinburg! In the past, the event has garnered as many as 100,000 visitors. As always the parade is FREE for spectators.
